Returns
Returns & Refund Policy
Each saree is handmade in small batches, so returns are accepted only where there is a genuine defect in the piece you received.
No returns without a defect
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, fit expectations or slight variation in hand-block print and tie-dye — these variations are the signature of handmade craft, not a defect.
A return is applicable only when the piece has a genuine defect: a tear, a stitching fault, a colour bleed, a missing blouse piece or the wrong product delivered.
An unboxing video or photos are mandatory
To claim a defect you must share an unopened-parcel unboxing video or clear photos of the sealed parcel, the packaging label and the defect itself. Claims without this proof cannot be processed, as we are unable to verify whether the damage happened in transit or after opening.
- Start recording before the seal is cut, in one continuous clip.
- Show the courier label, the sealed pack and then the piece being taken out.
- Close-up photos of the defect help us resolve faster.
A reason for the return is required
Every request must state clearly why you wish to return the saree. Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery; once approved, we arrange a pickup and issue a replacement or refund to the original payment method within 7 working days of the piece reaching our studio.
